Accommodation: On first entering the guesthouse you will notice the beautiful pitch pine staircase as you walk through the entrance hall on your way towards the tastefully furnished lounge dining room. Elsewhere on the ground floor you will discover the guesthouse's sumptuously decorated double bedroom with new en-suite shower room while on the first floor you will find our equally lovely twin bedroom which has it's own private bathroom.

Facilities: Hayswell Guesthouse is a non smoking establishment where children are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available on request and linen and towels will be provided for you while you stay with us. Tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, television, CD player and ironing facilities can all be found in your room and Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the guesthouse. The guesthouse is centrally heated throughout and guests are encouraged to take advantage of complimentary on street parking as anywhere you might wish to go is within easy walking distance. Many restaurants in Arbroath are a short walk from the guesthouse but alternatively if you want to stay in for the night and put your feet up then you can make use of the in room microwave oven. Use of a fridge, freezer, washing machine and laundry facilities can all be made by arrangement. Our full Scottish and continental breakfasts come highly recommended and morning newspapers can be ordered on request. Hayswell Guesthouse is open all year and we welcome travellers from all shores, as well as our native tongue we speak some French and Dutch.
